Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and experienced Planning Service Agents to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting qualified family members of decedents to offer our estate and funeral planning services. Ideal candidates are highly compassionate individuals with exceptional communication skills and the ability to efficiently multitask.
Responsibilities:
- Contact Leads - Demonstrate empathy and professionalism while reaching out to families as the first point of contact.
- Offer Services - Present and explain our estate and funeral planning services to potential clients in a highly compassionate and understanding manner.
- Vetting Potential Leads - Identify potential opportunities for financial, estate or funeral planning and schedule appointments for complimentary reviews with our financial or funeral service advisors.
- CRM Management - Efficiently navigate our CRM software to manage leads, track conversations, and schedule follow-ups.
- Training & Development - Participate in comprehensive training programs to enhance your skills in software, CRM, and our service offerings.
- Client Interaction - Demonstrate exceptional phone etiquette, empathy, and active listening skills in every interaction.

Qualifications
- Communication - Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer Skills - Basic computer literacy is absolutely essential; prior experience with CRM software is a plus, however necessary training will be provided.

Compensation
- Pay Range: $15.50 - $18.25/Hr
- Bonuses: Additional bonuses & incentive pay available depending on individual performance as well as your specific role & responsibilities.
