Job Details
Skilled Nursing and Rehab Units in a LTC Facility
Direct Patient Care, Up to 20 Residents - Avg. Daily Census : 72
Years of Experience REQ : 1YR Min
First-Timers Accepted : Yes, for first time travelers
Weekend REQ : E / O Weekend Required upon request of center
Special Requirements : Rehab with strong Med / Surg and acute care experience helpful, but not required. Dementia training / experience highly recommended. Excellent customer service is a must. Works closely with CNA / HCA. Special equipment- Lifting equipment
Hospital Highlights : Working Primary Care, Providing specialized medical and rehabilitation to Dementia / Surgical patients, including IV medications, wound care.

MUST HAVE LICENSE IN HAND TO SUB
IV Cert Required before starting
BLS / ACLS also required
Pending License Accepted : MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF LICENSE
RTO ONLY APPROVED AT TIME OF SUBMISSION. WILL NOT APPROVE AFTER OFFERED. Cannot take every holiday off
