Memorial Community Hospital & Health System (MCH) in Blair, Nebraska, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Environmental Services Tech to help us maintain a clean, safe, and healing environment for our patients, staff, and visitors. What You’ll Do:
Shift Details: Full-time, 40 hours per week (M-F 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM, limited weekend rotation)
Clean and disinfect patient rooms, public areas, restrooms, and offices
Perform detailed cleaning tasks, such as dusting, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
Use hospital-grade cleaning equipment, including UV light technology and floor scrubbers
Properly handle and dispose of waste following safety guidelines
Work as part of a team dedicated to providing a safe and welcoming space for all
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED preferred
18 years or older
Strong attention to detail and a passion for keeping spaces clean
Ability to follow safety guidelines and learn hospital procedures
Experience in environmental services or cleaning preferred—but not required.
