We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Emergency Department (ED) Nurse Manager to lead our emergency nursing team with passion, expertise, and a commitment to excellence.

What You’ll Do:
Provide strong leadership to the emergency nursing team, ensuring high standards of patient care.
Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and payroll.
Develop and implement departmental policies and best practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
Manage the ED budget, resource allocation, and capital requests.
Conduct staff evaluations, training, and competency assessments to support professional growth.
Drive quality improvement initiatives and promote patient safety and satisfaction.
Collaborate with hospital leadership and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
Step in to provide direct patient care when needed, ensuring continuity and excellence in emergency services.
What We’re Looking For:
BSN required; graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Current RN license in Nebraska or Iowa.
Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS (or obtained within 60 days of hire), TNCC (within 1 year).
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of Emergency RN experience in an acute care setting.
Supervisory/leadership experience required.
Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
