Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Funeral Visitation Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who values providing compassionate service and ensuring families and guests feel welcome during difficult times.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they arrive and provide a warm, respectful welcome
- Direct visitors to the appropriate visitation rooms and answer any questions
- Operate the sound system during visitations to ensure seamless services
- Always maintain a professional and courteous demeanor
- Assist with any other duties as assigned during visitations
Requirements:
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Business attire is required; professional appearance is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, punctual, and compassionate
- Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus
