About the Role :

As a Manager in Training , you'll embark on a leadership development journey, equipping you with the tools and knowledge to build and lead your own successful agency. You'll mentor a team of agents, deliver exceptional client service, and create meaningful career opportunities for others. This is an in-person role based in Nashville and surrounding areas , with some hybrid flexibility as your team grows.

Responsibilities :

Team Leadership : Mentor, motivate, and develop agents to meet and exceed their goals.
Training & Development : Facilitate impactful training sessions to strengthen your team's sales, leadership, and client engagement skills.
Client Engagement : Work directly with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored final expense solutions that bring peace of mind to families.
Agency Growth : Develop and execute business strategies to build a thriving agency in the Southeast region.
Professional Growth : Commit to continuous learning in leadership, entrepreneurship, and industry trends.

Qualifications :

Reside in the United States (preferably in Tennessee or surrounding states).

U.S. Citizen or Legal / Permanent Resident.

Strong work ethic with a passion for personal and professional growth.

2 years of managerial experience. (Insurance experience is a plus)
