Job Summary And Qualifications
The Customer Service Specialist performs a variety of general office activities by performing the following duties personally or through management supervision. Answering incoming phones, daily filing of patient charts, billing duties, bank deposits and customer service.
What you will do in this role:
- Fills out order forms, determines charges and coverage for service requested, collects co-pays, and inserts data into information system.
- Coordinates customer complaints and ensures service recovery.
- Schedules deliveries, pick-ups, discontinuances, maintenance or changes in service.
- Talks with customers by phone or in person and receives orders for delivery, pick-up, discontinuances, maintenance or changes in service.
- High School Diploma or GED Coursework at Technical School/College - Required
- 6 Months Minimum in Related Role - Required
