Job Summary and Qualifications
The Manager ER coordinates, facilitates, and/or performs nursing care on assigned unit, promoting interdisciplinary collaboration to improve patient care, patient care delivery, and patient outcomes. Also, the Manager provides clinical, educational, and research support to ensure that quality, cost-effective health care is provided as well as to plan, organize and direct the activities of hospital personnel in patient-focused areas based upon nursing standards guided by the established policies, procedures and processes of Memorial Health Meadows Hospital.
What qualifications you will need:
- BSN required; MSN preferred
- 2 years of acute care nursing experience required; 2 years of experience in supervisory/leadership
- Georgia RN license or compact state license required
- ACLS and PALS required
