Description
- $3,000 sign-on bonus***
- Perform delegated nursing functions under the supervision of the RN using established procedures, policies, guidelines and standards of care
- Manually cleans and disinfects patient care items and equipment notifies director of missing or malfunctioning equipment
- Answers phones, records messages; greets patients and visitors
- Prepare charts for physician clinics and schedules patient appointments
- Documents and reports observations to the nurse or provider; accurately documents patient care provided on appropriate hospital forms and within the established timeframes

- Training or experience as a medical assistant
- completion of high school degree or equivalent
- 2 years experience in a medical office setting
- knowledge of medical terminology
- personal computer, data entry, and communication skills
- Acquire American Heart Association BLS in 60 days
