Documentation system : MIDAS, EPIC, Careport
Scheduling special requirements : 8-10 hour shifts
Floating policy : Floating to needed coverage area
Patient Experience requirements : face to face interaction with patients / family
Years of Experience Required : 1 year acute care Case Management
Requested Skill Set : Interqual proficiency, Care Coordination, acute care case management experience
Must have : RN previous Acute care Case Management experience
Advanced skills needed : Same as above
Certifications Required : RN licensure in the state of Georgia
Schedule Information
Shifts are Monday- Friday 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM
Saturday, Sunday AM 8 : 00 – 6pm
