Overview :

As an LPN, you will provide essential patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). You will work with patients of all ages and contribute to their well-being through observation, assistance, and care implementation.

Qualifications :

  • Valid certification as an LPN in Illinois
  • Current BLS / CPR certification
  • Ability to complete a criminal history records check

Key Skills :

  • Proficient in patient care activities, including IV insertion and IM injections
  • Strong communication skills with patients and healthcare teams
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including patient transfer and prolonged standing

    • Responsibilities :

  • Nursing Care :

    • Gather and report patient data accurately

  • Assist in planning nursing care with RN
  • Administer medications and carry out care procedures
  • Document patient responses and interventions
  • Quality and Safety :

    • Report potential risk issues

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives
  • Accountability :

    • Advocate for patient needs

  • Follow established protocols and standards
