Responsibilities
- Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
- Assist with admission and discharge processes.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
- Assist with staff scheduling.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse License to practice in Georgia.
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support.
- 3-5 years of relevant acute care nursing experience required.
