We are excited to announce that we are hiring Surgical Technologists. Take advantage of a $20,000 sign-on bonus!

Compensation :

New graduates can expect :

  • Inpatient Pay : $27.00 / hour
  • Outpatient Pay : $25.71 / hour

Qualifications :

  • Graduation from a recognized Surgical Technologist program or currently enrolled in the final semester of an accredited program is a must.
  • National certification and CPR certification are required within 6 months of graduation or start date of employment.

    • Experience :

  • Prior experience across multiple surgical specialties is desired.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Perform scrubbing duties : Prepare the operating room and surgical instruments efficiently for various procedures.
  • Ensure patient safety : Utilize aseptic practices and adhere to hospital protocols.
  • Contribute to OR functionality : Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and effective work environment.
  • Initiate assistant behaviors : If trained, participate in hemostasis and exposure of the operative site.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.
