What You'll Do:
- Scrub Duties: Perform scrub duties efficiently, maintaining sterility and adhering to established procedures.
- Assisting RNs: Support Registered Nurses with delegated assignments to ensure smooth surgical operations.
- Safety and Care: Follow hospital policies and procedures to ensure optimal patient safety and care outcomes.
- Information Management: Recognize, interpret, document, and communicate significant information to enhance quality patient care.
- Product Handling: Provide the circulator with product packaging for accurate patient charging and billing.
What You'll Bring:
- Education: High school diploma required. Completion of a surgical technologist course OR licensed as a Practical Nurse (LPN) is mandatory.
- Certification: Current BLS certification is required.
- Responsiveness: Ability to respond to call coverage within 45 minutes.
