Summary:
Supervises daily staff activities within Facilities Management.
Responsibilities:
Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff. Assists with competencies, performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
Assesses quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs. Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures and protocols.
Communicates and coordinates activities with customers and determines required staffing assignments and levels.
Performs staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels. Leads the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints.

Required Work Experience: Three (3) years of leadership experience and three (3) years of experience working at MHS within Facilities and have a trade specialty or minimum of five (5) years of Maintenance experience in a medical facility.
Other Information: Licensed tradesperson or Journey license preferred. Additional Education Info: or trades training required.
