About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Operations Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating daily clinical operations, developing and implementing program strategies, and promoting contracting and marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Direct daily clinical operations, ensuring seamless delivery of care to patients.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement program strategies, promoting contracting and marketing efforts.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies, emergency procedures, and standard infection control practices.
- Supervise registered nurses and oversee direct oversight for all clinical activities related to patient care.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's in Science of Nursing preferred.
- Two years' experience within a specialized program as an RN; one year of management/supervisory experience preferred.
- Compact RN Multistate license and valid Registered Nurse License in the State of Florida.
