Memorial Healthcare System is seeking an Ob / Gyn with greater than three years of experience to join our growing team in a quaternary care center with a strong referral base. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience managing high acuity / high-risk cases and complex conditions. Physicians willing and capable to participate in placental accreta procedures are encouraged to apply.Responsibilities include labor floor, postpartum maternity, inpatient consults, emergent and elective gynecologic surgeries, and outpatient care. This is a hybrid, hospital-based practice with an average of 178 monthly clinical hours. Successful candidates will be required to do a combination of 8-hour clinic days and 16- or 24-hour inpatient shifts. Candidates with an interest and passion for teaching and quality improvement are preferred, as involvement with Memorial?s ACGME-accredited Ob / Gyn Residency Program will be strongly encouraged. Ample resources for academic pursuits, spanning from clinical research through to basic science investigation, via affiliations with nearby universities are available. The physician must have training from an ACGME-accredited institution, be an ABOG active candidate or ABOG Board Certified Diplomate (Board Certified Diplomate preferred).This is an employed position with the multispecialty Memorial Physician Group.
