Benefits Specialist - HR-Compensation/Benefits - Days - FT

Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting, Finance or related field of study.

Experience: Three (3) years experience in in the administration of employee benefits and retirement programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Masters degree in Human Resources or Business.

Licensure: CEBS, CBP, PHR, SHRM-CP

Experience: Experience in the administration of a self-insured environment. Experience using a Benefits Management System.
