Job Summary:
The Systems Analyst manages assigned operating systems and networks. The Analyst is responsible for coordinating the installation, upgrades and maintenance of assigned application software and operating systems.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or other field of study; or equivalent required experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
Licensure: None.
Experience: Two (2) years of experience (with bachelor’s degree), Five (5) years’ experience (with associate degree) or Seven (7) years’ experience (with no degree) managing operating systems administration and programming micro, mainframes and network technologies.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Working knowledge of operating systems, application software, programming languages, network technologies and software design/development. Knowledge of database management, PC applications, and user education program development. Excellent time-management and organization skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
