Job Overview:
Serves as a member of the healthcare team to apply the clinical processes to make nursing judgments and decisions specific to assessment, care planning, evaluation, implementation and delivery of patient care. Documents relevant data and care processes appropriately. Works closely with patients using health coaching techniques to assist them in self-management of their illness(es). Facilitates communication between the patients and their primary care providers. Responsible for history taking and preparation of patients for examination as well as assisting with exam or procedure as requested by the provider. Performs duties consistent with the needs of the communities served, in a manner which reflects the physical, psychological and spiritual healing ministry of Christ.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) in Indiana or other compact licensure state
Preferred Certification/Licenses/Experience:
-CPR - Provider C
- One to two years of experience in an outpatient setting
- BSN
