Job Summary
Responsible for assisting in the overall coordination and delivery of social work services as it relates to Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center. Demonstrates knowledge of developmental needs of patient population specific to departments within the Division. (Patient population is defined in each department’s Scope of Practice.) Individual will provide social work assistance in accordance with the mission and core values of Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor in Social Work or equivalent field required. Masters preferred. Member in good standing of the National Association of Social Workers preferred.
Licensure:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Social Worker preferred in the state of Indiana.
