As a member of the Memorial Hospital of Carbon County’s administrative team, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will participate in the financial decision-making processes necessary for the successful attainment of the hospital's mission in addition to maintaining an awareness of changes in healthcare matters that could have an impact on the financial success of the hospital. Nestled between the Snowy Range and Sierra Madre Mountains, Carbon County offers breathtaking natural beauty and outdoor activities year-round.Licensure / Certification / Registration : MBA or CPA preferredEducation : Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience : A minimum of five years of CFO experience within a Critical Access Hospital environment preferred, but not required. Previous experience with Not-For-Profit hospital setting preferred, but not required. Experience with leading the financial audit and cost report process.
