Description
This position manages the daily operations of the family practice clinics in Rawlins, Saratoga, and Hanna by participating in patient care, preparing budgets, managing facilities, solving staff and patient complaints, finding ways to increase productivity, and establishing clinic specific policies. The clinic supervisor ensures medical staff has the resources necessary to meet needs of patients and meet the financial objectives of the practice and group.
Qualifications
Must have High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two years previous clinic experience. RN preferred. Supervisory experience and training preferred.
