What are the responsibilities and job description for the Practice Manager | ENT and General Surgery position at Memorial Hospital of Union County?
We are looking for a practice manager with experience to join our team at Memorial Health! In this role, you will:
Work in collaboration with your Service Line Manager and Director of Physician practice
Provide leadership to the practice physicians, APP’s and staff
- Oversee all practice operations
- Develop and implement consistent guidelines/policies for the practice, in conjunction with MMG administration
- Create short and long term goals to facilitate success and growth of the practice/service line.
- Enters tickets for updates to the EMR system based on practice needs. Serve as EMR knowledge resource for practice staff and providers.
- Create and review routine reports to evaluate operations and opportunities.
- Oversee front end billing workflow of physician practice, including management of EMR related work queues to monitor error and edits that require intervention.
- Works with the Director of Physician Practices to develop an office budget and manages the office within that budget.
What You'll Bring:
- 3-5 years of experience in a medical office setting or equivalent education
- Clinical experience preferred
