Job Title : Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Telemetry

Shift : 12-hour days, every other weekend, first to float

Job Description :
- Provide direct patient care in an acute care setting on the telemetry floor.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and cardiac telemetry readings.
- Assist with patient hygiene, mobility, and other daily activities.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to prepare and update patient care plans.
- Attend a 12-hour orientation session to become familiar with unit protocols and procedures.
- Be prepared to float to different units as needed while maintaining a high standard of care.
- Adhere to hospital policies regarding shift cancellations and staffing flexibility.
