Job Description

Job Title : Radiology Technician

Job Specialty : Radiology

Job Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 8-hour days, 5 days per week, every other weekend, first to float

Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week

Experience : Minimum of 2 years

License : Yes, license required to submit

Certifications : ARRT, BLS

Must-Have : Experience with Cerner charting system

Job Description :

• Perform radiographic examinations as per physician orders.
• Ensure imaging equipment is well-maintained and operates safely.
• Provide clear and concise patient instructions before procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Responsible for accurate documentation and reporting of diagnostic findings.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
• Ability to float to different assignments as needed.
• Comply with hospital policies and procedures.

Please note : Hospital has a cancellation policy of up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, with the possibility of paying full hours for a shift in lieu of cancellation.

Note : Orientation consists of 12 hours
