Block Scheduling – If your nurse is requesting Block Scheduling, please just make it clear in the submission email. Block scheduling is granted on a case by case basis.
Memorial Hospital main campus – a 97-bed primary and emergency care center, with more than 30 additional service lines including : Memorial City Gate Medical Center – an outpatient facility housing our Urgent Care, Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine, Orthopedics & Sports Medicine medical practice, Imaging, and Laboratory testing.
Job Requirements
1 year previous CT experience
State License 1 Verification required
Nursys verification required as applicable (required for all RNs)
References : 2 professional references required for Travel, Allied, Per Diem Acute Care System positions.
Schedule Information
3rd shift position 7P to 7A
Rotating every 4th
Block Scheduling – granted on a case by case basis.
Additional Details
Proof of I9 or Attestation
Government issued photo ID required. Photo Identification must be carried on person during hours of service to client.
Proof of Everify or Attestation
Please require if nurse is working on a compact license
Fingerprint Clearance Attestation required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually.
Candidate must review and initial each page, in DocuSign.
All candidates must fulfill the Influenza Requirement during flu season.
