Position Summary
The Director of Case Management is responsible for customer service, financial management, regulatory compliance, human resources processes, staff competency, performance improvement, policy/procedure development and compliance, an regular communication with the department staff. The Director of Case Management is responsible for directing the department's activities and resources to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
In the execution of job duties, it is the universal expectation that all tasks are performed with a patient centered focus, while also seeking opportunities to continually improve core processes. Incumbent will be scheduled based on operational need, which may include but is not limited to: holidays, extended shifts, night and/or weekend shifts, standby and/or on-call. Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Education: Registered Nurse (BSN, MSN). Master’s degree in Management is beneficial.
- Minimum Experience: Ten years’ experience of either nursing; (2) prefer certification in a related field to Case Management
- Certification/Licensure: Graduate of a school of nursing and a current New Mexico or compact RN license is required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
