Job Summary
The Medical Surgical Team Lead RN is responsible for providing exceptional patient care in a 34-room Medical Surgical unit, located on the 3rd floor. The role requires a strong leader to oversee a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring effective delivery of treatments and collaborating across disciplines.
This position plays a vital role in shaping patient journeys, requiring strong leadership and clinical skills. As a key member of the team, you will perform plans of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
The ideal candidate will have a current state RN license and possess an associate's degree from an accredited nursing school. One year of experience is preferred, with Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire. ACLS is also preferred.
