We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to lead our Emergency Room team in providing exceptional patient care. As a team leader, you will utilize your clinical expertise and leadership abilities to drive patient outcomes and team performance.
About the Role
This is a dynamic 19-bed Emergency Room with a 1:4 nurse to patient ratio. Our diverse staff includes RNs, Paramedics, EMTs, MAs, CNAs, Phlebotomists, Pharmacists, and Providers. The ideal candidate will have experience in acute care and be proficient in utilizing specialized care interventions and cutting-edge technology.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- A current state RN license
- An associate's degree from an accredited nursing school
- Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
- ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications within six months of hire
