Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in the Observation unit
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to achieve positive patient outcomes
- Contribute to the decision-making process for patient admissions and discharges
Requirements
- Current state RN license
- Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school
- Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
- ACLS certification within six months of hire
- One year of experience preferred
