What You Will Do:
- Greet and check in patients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Manage patient records, referrals, and authorizations.
- Schedule appointments and assist with walk-ins.
- Handle copay collections and balance daily deposits.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby environment.
What You Bring:
- 1 year of experience in a medical or radiology office setting.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of medical terminology and insurance plans (PPOs, HMOs).
- Proficient computer skills (experience with Metiformatix is a plus).
- Strong multitasking, communication, and customer service abilities.
- Keen attention to detail and empathy for patients and physicians.
- Fluent Spanish language skills (required).
