Description

Memorial MRI and Diagnostic has led the way in providing comprehensive diagnostic imaging and treatment services using advanced technology and state-of-the-art equipment. Our physicians, management, technologists, and support staff make up our premier practice. We are responsible for facilitating the needs of physicians and healthcare providers to ensure that every patient receives the highest degree of care and compassion.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to):

• Ability to assist Vice President with development of niche market strategies.

• Participate in on and off property meetings and events as needed.

• Maintain cooperative working relationships with all necessary departments to ensure sales are generated and are processed efficiently to achieve accounts/customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with executive team to develop a creative plan to generate leads through prospective=ng multiple sources, cold calling, in person visits, and telephone and email campaigns.

• Develop comprehensive sales presentation materials tailored to the needs of individual’s consumers. Provide customers with the highest standard of customer service through follow up contact and consultation after the sale to protect and grow market share in assigned territory.

• Maintaining a thorough working knowledge of all services offered by Memorial MRI & Diagnostic and awareness of the competitive market sharing, pricing and services offered.

• Maximum occupancy of each modality-provides and fills void areas to meet or exceed sales objectives.

• Ability to interact directly with referring accounts to promote marketing services and tools provided by Memorial MRI & Diagnostic.

• Excellent communication skills at all levels including excellent listening skills.

• Possess strong customer service skills and be able to work in a dynamite team environment.

• Ability to work in a milti-task fast paced environment and make accountable decisions when problems arise.

• Establish and maintain good relationships with clients, networking groups, professional organizations and the community in order to develop new business.

QUALIFICATIONS:• Dependable and professional candidates with excellent customer service/verbal skills in person and on phone.• Good writing & organizational skills.• Able to keep a professional, mature, calm demeanor. Ability to adhere to confidentiality requirements regarding client and business information.• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and efficiency.• Maintain a strong work ethic including punctuality/reliability.
