Memorial MRI and Diagnostic, part of the DICOT family, is seeking a Front Desk and Patient Liaison to be the face of our clinic. We empower patients with answers to take control of their health. Join us and be a vital part of their diagnostic journey.
What You DO:
- Greet and check in patients, ensuring information is accurate.
- Manage patient records and accounts.
- Verify referrals and authorizations.
- Confirm exam preparation.
- Schedule walk-ins with valid doctor’s orders.
- Collect copays and balance daily deposits.
- Coordinate patient transportation post-exam.
- Assist with medical records, verifications, and scheduling.
- Keep the lobby clean and organized.
What You BRING:
- 1 year of medical/radiology office experience.
- High School Diploma.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance (PPOs, HMOs).
- Computer skills (Metiformatix familiarity is a plus).
- Multitasking, communication, and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and empathy for patients and physicians.
- Fluent Spanish language skills highly preferred.
