Essential Functions and Basic Duties
Operational Management
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives to meet organizational goals.
Clinical Support
- Collaborate with clinical staff to optimize patient care workflows, ensuring efficient and safe delivery of care.
- Maintain a working knowledge of clinical practices, procedures, and technologies to support staff and address operational challenges.
- Facilitate the integration of new clinical services, equipment, or technologies.
Leadership and Staff Development
- Recruit, train, and mentor clinic staff, including clinical and administrative personnel.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to foster professional growth.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment focused on patient-centered care and continuous improvement.
Patient Experience
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and address patient concerns promptly and professionally.
- Oversee patient scheduling and access to care, ensuring minimal wait times and seamless transitions.
- Collaborate with providers and staff to enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty.
Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including HIPAA, and CLIA standards.
- Oversee quality improvement initiatives to maintain high standards of care and operational excellence.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential issues.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge of clinical workflows, patient care processes, and healthcare regulations.
- Proficiency in healthcare IT systems, including electronic health records (EHR) and practice management software.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze financial and operational data to drive performance improvements.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years of age (21 for driving positions)
- Must be able to legally work in the United States
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and breath alcohol test (if applicable)
- Must complete employee health meeting
Education/Licensure/Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, nursing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Clinical background preferred (e.g., RN, LPN, or allied health professional).
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing a medical practice or similar healthcare setting.
Work Environment:
Work is performed in a variety of settings including office work and in medical clinic settings. Combination of office, exam, and other clinical settings. Frequent exposure to communicable diseases, biohazards, toxic substances, medicinal preparations, and other conditions common to a clinic setting. May involve irregular working hours.
Position Classification: Exempt
Compensation Range: $79,580.80 to $119,371.20
