ABOUT : We are a 25 bed, multi-specialty medical clinic and rehabilitation center located in beautiful, rural Craig, CO.
We provide L4 ED care, inpatient care, diagnostic imaging, surgery, laboratory, special care unit, cardiopulmonary, oncology and chemotherapy services and more.
Physical Therapist with competency with outpatient orthopedics is required, some subacute inpatient coverage as needed.
MRH Rehab is looking for a full-time outpatient physical therapist who values patient care, team collaboration and has a growth mindset.
MRH Rehab is a rural clinic that provides the unique opportunity to treat a variety of conditions, ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics, orthopedics, post-op, sports medicine, vestibular / concussion and long-term neurological conditions.
Job Requirements
Active Colorado Physical Therapy License (DORA)
Current CPR(BLS) certification (within 90 days of hire per MRH Policy)
Schedule Information
SHIFT : Days, 40 hours guaranteed
We offer 4 day work weeks.
Unit Specific Information
Collaborate with the school-based team to help determine and carry out Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Provide in-home physical therapy services to homebound patients.
