Exciting Opportunity at MSK : The Senior Director, Finance Operations - Shared Services serves as the Finance Lead for shared services and is an integral member of the operational leadership team collaborating closely with leadership across MSK to ensure alignment with our vision, mission, values. This role provides expert financial leadership and guidance, ensuring financial objectives are aligned with organizational goals. As a strategic partner, the Senior Director drives financial excellence, promotes sound decision-making, and directs complex financial operations to achieve optimal financial performance and strategic growth initiatives.
Role overview :
Financial Operations Leadership
- Cultivates strong relationships with senior executives, establishing credibility as a trusted advisor and challenging thought-partner.
- Formulates comprehensive financial plans aligned with organizational goals and long-term strategies.
- Provides expert guidance in interpreting and analyzing financial data, translating complex information into actionable insights.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of the healthcare industry's statutory, regulatory, and administrative landscape, ensuring compliance.
- Leads multiple major, complex projects and relationships spanning local and regional scopes.
- Collaborates with Executive Leadership to develop and maintain accurate long-range financial forecasts and quarterly re-forecasts.
