Director, Enterprise Asset Management

Memorial Sloan Kettering (MSK) is seeking a Director, Enterprise Asset Management to lead the Enterprise Asset Management Program. This key position is integral to advancing our vision, mission, and values, promoting a culture of teamwork, and helping propel the organization's strategic objectives.
Role Overview :
Reporting to the Senior Director, Capital & Space Planning, the Director will collaborate with executive leadership and other key stakeholders to create, manage, and monitor all enterprise-wide activities across the Asset Management and Capital planning spectrum.
Key Responsibilities include,
Drive the end to end asset management lifecycle
- Lead the governance oversight of all capital, and asset management planning policies, procedures, roles, responsibilities, and collaboration across the organization.
- Ensure strategic policy frameworks are supported through effective oversight, coalition-building, provision of appropriate regulations, and mechanisms for monitoring and evaluating performance.
- Responsible for the alignment of long-range strategic capital and facilities planning with space and program development.
