Memorial Sloan Kettering (MSK) is seeking a Director, Plant Operations to lead the evolution of our practice plan operations. This critical role aligns with our vision, mission, and values, fostering a culture of collaboration and driving institutional goals forward. Join us!
Role Overview
Reporting to the VP, Plant Operations, the Director will direct planning, administration, management, operation, repair, maintenance, and technical functions of facilities management and operations departments in clinical buildings This crucial leadership role requires a technical individual with exceptional leadership skills.
Key responsibilities include,
Ensure efficient and effective operations, quality service, and customer satisfaction for a 24-hour-a-day, 7-day-per-week operation.
- Direct engineering and facilities operations activities related to the physical plant, mechanical systems, building infrastructure, and renovation projects.
- In collaboration with Design and Construction staff, oversee and participate in engineering design for new construction, infrastructure, and physical plant improvements for the Center's clinical properties.
- Interface directly with the Directors' Design and Construction, Housing and Real Estate, Planning and Development, Laboratory Operations, Hospital Administration and their subordinate staffs, on the design, review, management and transition to operations of projects.
