About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and caring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Memorial Woodland Village. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing quality nursing care to our residents and ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, performing vitals, and documenting patient information.
- Lead and direct Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in the delivery of direct resident care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care provided.
Qualifications:
- Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with the Mississippi Board of Nursing.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and transfer patients as needed.
