Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing services to residents, consulting with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans, and interpreting diagnostic tests to identify and assess resident conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate resident needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans based on changes in condition.
- Prepare rooms, sterile instruments, equipment, and supplies, ensuring proper maintenance.
- Provide clinical supervision to LPNs and CNAs.
- Perform additional nursing duties such as medication administration, treatment planning, Medicare charting, admissions, and discharge documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited, state-approved school of nursing.
- Current Mississippi RN license, MS 90-day temporary permit, or Compact state RN license.
- One year of clinical experience in a nursing center setting (preferred).

- Ability to interact and educate residents, communicate effectively with healthcare staff, and lead a team.
