Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing services to residents, consulting with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans, and interpreting diagnostic tests to identify and assess resident conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate resident needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans based on changes in condition.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each resident.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest nursing practices and regulations to maintain expertise and deliver best-in-class care.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited, state-approved school of nursing.
- Current Mississippi RN license, MS 90-day temporary permit, or Compact state RN license.
- One year of clinical experience in a nursing center setting (preferred).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
