Job Description :

• Serve as an ICU RN Case Manager for the Transfer Center.
• Participate in a schedule of 3x12-hour shifts with mids, working every other weekend.
• Documentation using the EPIC system.
• Completion of non-billable modules pre-start, hours vary by specialty.
• Flu vaccine required, with medical / religious exemptions only.
• Engage with different departments based on census needs.
• Familiarity with travel and working in diverse healthcare settings preferred.
• Candidates will not be on-call.
• First-time candidates accepted if they possess ICU experience with case management expertise.
• Pre-approved time off managed at the discretion of the manager; to be included at the time of submission.
• Prior permanent staff are not eligible to apply.
