Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging training sessions that cover sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service excellence.
- Assess the training needs of sales personnel through performance evaluations and feedback.
- Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources to support learning objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with management to align training initiatives with company goals and sales strategies.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages participation and growth among trainees.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales training to continuously enhance program content.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales role with a strong understanding of sales processes and customer service principles.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching in a supportive manner.
