Office Assistant ensure the smooth functioning of a business and is responsible for organizing, coordinating and maintaining office operations of Memory Care of the Triad. The Office Assistant reports to the Executive Director. Your duties will be as follow:
Maintain Office Efficiency
Maintain Financials
Payroll/Workers Compensation
Admissions/Resident Retention
Office Services and Records
Marketing Community
Perform other duties as required or requested by administrator
The role requires intense concentration. The entering of financial information requires attention to detail and high levels of accuracy. The role has deadlines associated that must be met. Although the role does not require direct supervision of others, the Office Assistant will interact with others in a professional and courteous manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
