Job Description:
- Work with the High School Principal to design and implement outstanding curriculum and instructional strategies to ensure all students achieve at high levels
- Create effective curriculum maps
- Create, review and refine assessments, including Exit Tickets, Do Nows, interim and final assessments.
- Create outstanding lesson plans
- Ensure that all lesson plans and assessments correlate directly to Tennessee state standards
- Produce dramatic and consistent student achievement gains
- Continuously create and refine effective instructional practices
- Willingness to receive constant feedback and apply feedback immediately
- Administer tests to evaluate pupil progress, assess student work productivity and record results.
- Keep attendance records and maintain student files and transcripts.
- Assist with State-mandated student testing.
- Assist with monitoring and implementing Special Education requirements and IEP's.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
