Document solutions: digital copiers, printers, multi-function systems, duplicators, scanners, etc.
- Key responsibilities
- Meet with clients and potential clients to assess clients' business technology needs and provide them with customized solutions
- Call clients and potential clients to set sales appointments
- Train clients on use of their MCC systems and means to report service and supply needs
- Develop and maintain quality client relationships through professional and ethical efforts
- Communicate clearly with clients by phone and e-mail
- Complete equipment training certifications related to your field
- Seek out opportunities to fulfill clients’ technology needs, even beyond your field of expertise
- Work with administrative and technical service teammates to serve our clients well
- Perform personal duties with wise business practices in mind
- Essential requirements & qualifications
- College degree
- Ability to attend training classes, seminars, webinars, etc., including outside regular business hours
- Must have *and maintain* throughout employment
- Proactive drive to serve clients and teammates well
- Receptiveness to constructive guidance, coaching, training, and encouragement
- Business professional appearance, communication skills, and punctuality
- Clean driving record & ability to be included as authorized driver on company automobile insurance
- Clean criminal record & drug screening - MCC is a drug free company.
- Competency in digital technology platforms and operating systems
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Ability to lift a minimum of 55 pounds
- Ability to work a minimum schedule of 08:00 am – 05:00 pm, as well as be willing to travel, including spending several nights in a row out of town
- Strong mechanical and/or technological aptitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to analyze potential clients’ needs and develop solutions customized for them
- Previous experience preferred, but not required (willingness to learn is key)

Salary : $30,000 - $75,000
