In This Role, You Will
- Collect all necessary documentation to ensure customer needs and contractual requirements.
- Interact with insurance providers to confirm approval and payment of high dollar molecular tests.
- Maintain relationships by actively communicating with clients and health care professional to support the needs of managed care services and insurance provider
- Analyzes and researches department budget(s) to locate errors and/or omissions, balance account records, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Provide management and administrative support for federally funded programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School graduate or equivalent, good computer skills, data entry skills, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in accounts payables. Competency with spreadsheets and reports.
- Not required, Accounts Payable Certification a plus.
