Are you passionate about maintaining the highest standards in compliance, protecting sensitive information, and ensuring regulatory adherence? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to support our compliance efforts and foster a culture of ethical excellence!
In this role, you'll work closely with the Chief People and Culture Officer and play a pivotal role in helping our teams understand and meet regulatory requirements, maintain accurate records, and mitigate risks. This on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate across departments, directly contribute to internal investigations, and support our staff's training and development in compliance with best practices. Your work will keep our organization aligned with industry standards and ready to meet any regulatory challenges.
What You'll Do :
Regulatory Compliance : Assist in ensuring compliance with key regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, credentialing, liability insurance, licensing, and emergency preparedness plans. Serve as a point of contact for questions on regulatory standards and provide support in applying these requirements to everyday operations.
