Are you a skilled, experienced therapist with a passion for helping men step up and take ownership of their lives? Do you want to be part of a growing movement that’s redefining masculinity for the modern era? Men’s Therapy Online is looking for a licensed male therapist to join our team on a contract basis.
Who We Are
Men’s Therapy Online is a digital-first therapy platform built for men who want to level up. We cut through the fluff, speak directly to men’s struggles, and provide real, actionable support for guys navigating relationships, career challenges, mental health, and personal growth.
Who You Are
- Licensed therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent) with at least 5 years of experience in the mental health field
- Strong background in men’s mental health—experience with issues like fatherhood, divorce recovery, relationships, career pressure, anger management, and nice guy syndrome
- Comfortable working remotely and using telehealth platforms. Must have access to a confidential space for video calls.
- Tech-savvy—able to navigate scheduling software, Google Drive, Zoom video conferencing, and EHR systems with ease
- Interest in leading Men’s Groups or being involved in Men’s Retreats
- Able to challenge and support clients in a direct way while maintaining clinical integrity.

- Competitive contract rates per session. We split our rates 70-30 favoring our contractors. This means you’ll be paid $140 per individual session.
